Struttura veramente pessima, si vende per un albergo a 4 stelle ma non ha proprio nulla di un 4 stelle. Camere orribili, piccole e caldissime. L’aria condizionata non serve praticamente a nulla dato che gli apparecchi sono vecchi e scadenti. I teli per la piscina erano a pagamento e addirittura ci hanno chiesto 3 euro per un telo doccia che avevamo chiesto in più in camera ( questa cosa sinceramente non l’ho mai sentita in nessun tipo di albergo). I servizi pessimi, personale incompetente e poco cortese, la cameriera del ristorante a tavola ci ha chiesto di ordinare tutto insieme perché non poteva fare “avanti e indietro”. Il servizio navetta che dicono di avere non è praticamente mai disponibile se non a pochissimi orari prestabiliti. La piscina dalle Foto sembra enorme ed invece non è proprio nulla di che. Pessima esperienza.

Tutto perfetto. Ottimo qualità/prezzo. Ambiente pulito e ben tenuto. La posizione migliore per raggiungere moltissime località dell'isola. Bella e comoda la piscina. La Gentilezza e la professionalità di tutto lo staff è la ciliegina sulla torta. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Un piccolo paradiso fiorito! Si entra nel complesso percorrendo un viale pieno di fiori profumati e palme Il personale in reception è stato molto gentile e cordiale e ci è stato offerto un cocktail analcolico di benvenuto. A disposizione degli ospiti una piscina esterna, una piscina interna calda, una piccola sauna, una Jacuzzi esterna e degli attrezzi per fare esercizi con i pesi e tappetini per il corpo libero. La camera carina e confortevole e pulita. Esternamente avevamo un piccolo patio esterno con un tavolo e due sedie e di fronte, sull'erba, due sdraio a disposizione. La colazione a buffet è ricca e per ogni gusto, piena di prodotti freschi e di qualità. Abbiamo anche pranzato al bar dell'hotel e anche in questo caso la qualità si è mantenuta altissima. È stato un soggiorno meraviglioso e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci.

Visited as a group of 6 friends, as requested rooms were located next to each other numbers 175,176,177. Check in easy, friendly and efficient. Garden rooms are small, beds clean but mattresses very hard , insufficient plug sockets, staff did provide extra plug adaptors when asked but still had to unplug the fridge every time to boil the kettle. A small thing but irritating. Showers good, water hot and plentiful however leaky shower trays meant the bathroom floors flooded. Pools and communal areas clean, comfortable and well maintained. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. WiFi good throughout. Half board option not really recommended, breakfast was good but dinner disappointing. We only ate dinner on 1st two nights as no one enjoyed the food. The reception, bar and waiting staff at Agavi are excellent, the restaurant manager and his team are very welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate us. A delicious surprise lunch was laid out for us on our return from a trip out to St Angelo which was extremely welcome. Early picnic breakfast was provided for our day trip to Pompeii. Overall a lovely break but the rooms really need updating

Hotel was ok, reception and bar teams were very attentive and helpful. Rooms are a little basic and we had no hot water in bathroom. However once reported this was fixed very quickly. We ate in the restaurant on our last night which unfortunately was not a good experience. As someone else has reported in their review, the appetizers appeared to be reheated from the event the night before. The starters and main courses were only just edible so I would not recommend the restaurant. Hotel definitely needs some TLC but I couldn’t fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Nulla da dire sulla gentilezza del personale, ma penso sia l'unica cosa positiva di questo hotel. Il personale di sala è del tutto impreparato, non parla una parola di inglese, non è attento alle esigenze della clientela ed è estremamente lento nello svolgere le normali mansioni (per un cappuccino aspettatevi di pazientare anche 10 minuti, mancherà sempre qualcosa al vostro tavolo es. Coltello o forchetta). Gli antipasti saranno sempre gli stessi durante la settimana intera, e saranno composti unicamente da verdure grigliate (fredde), pizzette (avanzate dal buffet aperitivo, anch'esse fredde). Nessuna ombra di antipasti di pesce o carne. Colazione ok ma anch'essa sempre scarsa. L'hotel si trova a 15 minuti a piedi da Forio centro, peccato che per raggiungerla si debba sfidare il destino percorrendo una strada priva totalmente di marciapiede con ogni tipo di mezzo che ti sfreccia accanto. La struttura è parecchio vetusta (a parte gli infissi delle camere). Il bagno presenta muffa, il kit di cortesia è degno di un 2 stelle, ma la cosa più grave è che la tazza per farsi il caffè (se usata) rimarrà tale e quale (sporca) per tutto il soggiorno. Da notare che l'ultimo giorno hanno anche dimenticato gli asciugamani del bagno. Si spera che almeno la piscina interna sia stata disinfettata!

Einfach nur enttäuscht 😞 das schlechteste Zimmer nach der Jugendherberge. Ich würde da nicht mal einen Stern geben. Das Zimmer ist nicht auf dem heutigen Stand. Stromgefahrenquellen. Im Bad Steckdose defekt. Wasserkocher def. Einen Schrank den man nicht richtig brauchen kann. Einfach nur enttäuscht
