I really like the B&B chain, and I didn't know they had this type of accommodation. Honestly, I was very surprised.
On the other hand, they need to improve quite a few things. The bathroom isn't very well-equipped; it's old and the shower screen is in poor condition.
The air conditioning is old but cools quite well, and room service reuses the sheets every day. Our bed wasn't changed, and the bedspread was dirty every day of our stay.
The worst part of our stay was the Wi-Fi connection; it was constantly dropping and/or disconnecting all the time. These types of things need to be taken care of much more.
As for the staff's service, it was excellent, and the morning buffet was very good.

Soggiornare presso b&b Hotel Ischia è stata una sorpresa. Immerso nel verde, giardino curato e personale fantastico. Roxana e gli altri ragazzi dello staff sono stati di molto aiuto dandoci consigli su varie località e servizi con un estrema cordialità e simpatia. La nostra camera aveva il balcone e vista mare ma il relax e silenzio è stato impeccabile. Sicuramente torneremo. Ci avete conquistato! Bravi ragazzi!!

Posto tranquillo e riservato, ideale per rilassarsi anche grazie alla piscina termale. La nostra camera, essenziale e pulita, aveva una bella veduta. Ottima la prima colazione e la cena. Tutto il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La signora Daniela ci ha coccolato con i suoi ottimi cocktail.

Hôtel très propre, on est très bien reçus, la piscine chauffée naturellement à 34 degrés est un régal ! La nourriture est bonne, le personnel très gentil! Seul bémol pour la localisation, dans les hauteurs.. pas d'accès à pieds à la mer etc. Il faudrait aussi varier les menus mais surtout penser aux végétariens car il n'est pas normal de se voir servir qu'un plat au lieu de deux, et le même chaque jour. À part ça très satisfaite, la chambre est propre, la literie excellente, seule la salle de bain est vieillissante et l'insonorisation inexistante malheureusement.

The hotel is located a bit far from the port but worth the bus trip. It is surrounded with nature, has a (thermal water) pool, breakfast is also in the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had some minor issues with my room and they immediately changed and upgraded it without hesitation. Bus stop is at the entrance (don't believe google maps, just ask for a classic paper-version timetable at the port bus station).

L'hotel è situato in zona san Nicola, raggiungibile in meno di 15 minuti di taxi dal porto di Forio. L'hotel è vicino a punti di interesse come il borgo di Sant'Angelo, le pozze di acqua termale di Sorgeto e le spettacolari terme Poseydon. C'è una fermata dell'autobus appena fuori dalla struttura. La location è spettacolare: appena entri c'è una scalinata che porta alla reception, "arredata" da fiori e piante dai mille colori. Dai piani alti dell'hotel c'è una vista spettacolare sull'isola. La struttura è dotata di una bellissima piscina con acqua termale che sgorga a 55°, ed è incastonata in un giardino curatissimo. Il plus dell'hotel è sicuramente il personale, tutte persone estremamente cortesi e sempre pronte ad aiutarti e consigliarti: ti fanno sentire come in famiglia! Menzione particolare per la receptionist Tamara e per Nino (barista, concierge, factotum), che ti accoglie come se foste amici da sempre: cortese, simpaticissimo, pieno di aneddoti gustosi da raccontare: ho lasciato lì un pezzo di cuore quando sono partito! Consigliatissimo!
