There are nearly 30 steps to enter the building. I booked last minute not knowing it would be difficult to enter the building to receive the key. I was lucky the housekeeper was there to help me. Phone number listed on ******* had no service (taxi driver was trying to call for me). No regular reception hours.
Room was clean, but very basic. Not soundproof as listed - could hear TVs from other rooms, and all coming and going (but it was not a problem).
Conveniently located. Pool on rooftop is a large hot tub with cold water. Better to enjoy the beach.

White 1903 è una struttura moderna e accogliente, situata al centro di Forio ma fuori dal caos. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia della Chiaia, dalle fermate dell’autobus e dal porto. La camera dispone di minifrigo e aria condizionata, i letti sono extra lunghi e comodi. In terrazza c’è un solarium attrezzato ed una piccola piscina idromassaggio. La colazione con cappuccino o caffè e cornetto è compresa nel prezzo. L’host Umberto è stato simpatico, cordiale e prodigo di consigli, sia su come muoversi sia sui luoghi dove mangiare. La signora Adriana, che si occupa dell’organizzazione delle stanze, è stata di una gentilezza incomparabile. Consigliatissimo

We stayed at White 1903 for only one night. What a mistake!! This is a lovely Hotel not to be missed! The rooms are beautifully decorated, the rooftop deck and hot tub are heavenly. The proximity to town is literally at the base of a staircase. Lastly, Umberto is a wonderful host. So accommodating, informative and gracious even when woken up when accidentally locking myself out of my room. We will be back and I would gladly stay at White 1903. Wonderful little boutique Hotel!

C’est la deuxième année que je viens et je passe toujours un excellent séjour! Le B&B est très bien rénové, propre et bien équipé. La qualité du service est irréprochable, Umberto est toujours disponible pour aider donner des renseignements et dispenser des conseils précieux qui donnent une autre dimension au voyage et à la découverte de l’ile. L’environnement est idéal avec le port à 3 minutes tout comme les arrêts de bus, beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Les paysages sont sublimes, la température idéale et les plages incroyablement belles.

From start to finish, a perfect hotel. Rooms are big with high ceilings and they overlook a picturesque street in the centre of Forio. The level of cleanliness is impeccable. Best of all, Umberto made the experience for us. He gave us recommendations and organised activities and car rental for us with pleasure and with total efficiency. All of which were fantastic. Can’t wait to return. A gem of Ischia.

A wonderful scent of Aloe Vera as soon as you step in. Located right in the heart of Forio, Ischia. Just 2 mins walking from the town centre. The rooms are big, modern and bright (everywhere's white!) and very clean. Staff is really nice and professional (Eleonora and Umberto were stars!) The view from the terrace is fantastic! And a jacuzzi! +++ We'll be back! Grazie!
