Великолепное место, огромный замок с отличными общественными зонами, частной церковью, отличным ужином и завтраком.
У нас был номер 32 с балконом - просто пушка, за один балкон с видом на лес стоило приехать. У нас была с собой бутылка с шампанским из дьюти фри - бокалы и лёд в номер принесли моментально по звонку.
В целом мне все понравилось.
Кстати в городке Эшдаун родился автор Винни Пух.

Old and smelly.
A brasserie that’s not open on Sundays.
Worst fried breakfast I’ve ever had.
Looks posh and luxurious online and probably was 30 years ago, but in reality it’s just old.

The hotel setting and the Spa is perfect, however the hotel service was appalling.
Lack of trained staff, cold food and service that was absolutely diabolical.
It is definitely NOT fine dining.
Would never go back.

I had a delightful stay at this traditional British-style hotel. The beautifully manicured garden was a serene escape, perfect for a leisurely stroll. My room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and offered a stunning view that took my breath away. A truly charming experience blending classic elegance with modern comfort!

Very sub standard rooms for the £185 unless you pay extra for the more superior rooms but poor value for money. Breakfast adequate but would have expected better. Can not comment on the evening meal as we dined elsewhere.

Fantastic hotel with lovely surroundings. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Facilities are great, we used the pool, tennis courts and golf course. All very well kept. The room was lovely and had a good view. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Would definitely stay again, perfect for a weekend mini break.

Went for a surprise birthday treat for 2 nights with my husband. Very luxurious. Old buildings but a good standard. Huge grounds, we went for a few walks. Didn't play the golf or use the spa but we had dinner and used the terrace and cocktail bar! Very relaxing and picturesque. Bolney Vineyard is a 30 min car journey away, worth a visit.
