We actually didn’t stay there because when my sister called to make a reservation, the agent wanted her to put her charge card on the phone. Which my sister having a flip phone did not understand. She tried again the next day and noted that the Price had increased quite a bit and when she asked about it, the new agent said “Well then you obviously not are not the type of person to stay here” Unbelievable, inconsiderate response to potential customer. She ended up booking elsewhere. And while I have recommended this motel to visitors, I will not be doing so again.

We stayed there from 4/24 to 4/27 visiting from New York for family baby shower. They do not come clean your room or give you needed toiletries. I asked for my room to be clean twice and received no room cleaning service. I never stayed at a hotel before where I needed to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies because they never came to clean the room, especially the tub sink and toilet. So disappointing. ower. The first day we checked in there was police activity. Police went from door to door in the hotel on the 2nd floor asking if we were aware of the incident that had taken place across the room from us. Hotel was unaccommodating to our concerns. Instead they told me by text we can do early check out. They were also unaccommodating to the wobbly microwave that was in our room that almost fell off the shelf soon as you open the door. Hotel Jacuzzi and pool was not warm. Often times there was no front desk staff at the front desk. It became very clear that hotel is poorly maintained and managed. We will NEVER stay there again.

Front desk was friendly. Breakfast girl…. Crabby and brought out all cold food. Overall. It was impossible to enjoy the hot tub with a ton of kids under the appropriate age playing in there

Eh. It was a place to stay. Definitely run down. Rot everywhere. Room was falling apart. Pool was freezing. Hot tub was colder than my bath tub. Find somewhere else.

Multiple areas to eat within walking distance. Multiple areas to eat within a half mile drive. Located right off interstate. Driving a large dump truck and had no problem with parking at this location. Hotel was clean. Breakfast got us off to a good start. Waffles eggs and sausage.

real close proximty to mall of america, the breakfast was fresh and hot. the rooms were quiet and dark for sleeping.
