The location is very good, only three minutes walk from Meijer supermarket, very convenient. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. It takes only a few minutes to drive to Chance, which is very convenient.

Poor communication with staff, shuttle never came for pick up at airport. Had to take a taxi and then in the morning the shuttle didn’t come again. Guess what another taxi ride. This hotel wants to capitalize on “airport” in its name, but clearly doesn’t offer airport amenities. Don’t be fooled. $ 20 each way. This is not an airport hotel. Their website might claim otherwise, but personal experience will never put me back at this hotel to be fooled again. The staff had to be pulled out for the back office to even come to front desk. This is not a customer friendly hotel.

We came in for a funeral and the reviews I read was the reason we stayed here. The hotel is Clean, quiet and everything we needed. We will stay here again! The breakfast was simple but good and the staff was very friendly. This is why we choose Marriott! Thank you

Lowest level Marriott branded hotel I have ever seen. The showers are abysmal, You can't even stay warm while showering because the water pressure is cut so much. The T.V. is broken. Most of the lights don't work in the room. The whole place is poorly maintained. The bed is uneven, and stiff. I may not do Marriott again, This is surprising what they are putting their name on these days.

There are several TownePlace Suite hotels in the area. This hotel is lacking - public areas not clean, breakfast is sad - few options even for this grade of hotel. The noise from Meijer loading docks is awful - don't stay on that side the hotel.
