Having stayed at a Candlewood in Fargo, I was reluctant to book this Candlewood as I feared the same service. But I was wrong, from the check-in to check-out, the process was smooth and the service was exceptional. Both front desk clerks answered, accommodated, and went to great lengths to assist other customers as well as me, without hesitation. Or didn't just give the impression that the customer is bothering them. And they were polite and attentive to all of the customers waiting or asking questions like me. Rooms were clean, beds, floor, and kitchen were very clean. It’s a bit dated but functional, neat, and tidy. My only reason for not giving my stay a 5* was that the room was cold and the heat wasn’t working. I tried the thermostat, but it wasn’t heating the room. It’s not within walking distance to restaurants, but with Uber delivery, it is possible. A Meijer supermarket is close by. Highly recommend. Why can't all IHG properties have this type of service and charm?

Room was well kept and plenty big enough for 2 of us on a 1 night stay. Front desk staff were great at check in and very polite on our way out. In great sight with Meijer Super store next to you and plenty restaurants near by.

The staff was great! We used their park and fly option when we traveled out of the country. They were helpful and made sure we got to our flight and then back to our vehicle. It was super great to stay the night before our early morning flight! Will stay again!
