Harmony Forest Cottages & Lake Side Lodge

Beautiful cottage within the forest. Stylishly decorated and comfortable. Clean and tidy. Excellent instructions how to use everything and detailed cottage manual. Terrific reverse cycle air conditioning. Plenty of space inside and out. Unable to see other cottages from inside. Kangaroos everywhere! Gorgeous walking trails where I sighted a Kookaburra, Robin and a type of goose or duck (airborne). Abundance of photographic opportunities. Water delicious.

Us and our two furrbabies stayed for 3 nights and the smell of the fresh air and the beautiful wildlife made it an amazing experience! The charming cottage was just the cherry on top! Will definitely be back one day!

Absolutely gorgeous place. Secluded, picturesque and private. Just loved every second. Close to all that the wine region in Southwest of Western Australia has to offer. We will certainly be back again.

The wife and I stayed here for a week in October. We arrived in the dark which was a little difficult finding the cottage, even with directions. The cottages are stand alone surrounded with trees which block out any view of the other cottages which was great. The cottage had a couple of bedrooms, a decent kitchen and lounge area and a spa bath. The fire was a little difficult to start at first, mainly due to the fact the knob was out of alignment by 90 degrees. Once I figured that out it was easy to start. Although it was mid October the evenings were quite chilly so we didn't really spend a lot of time sitting outside. The grounds are pretty big and it is possible to do a couple of walks around the place. We managed to see Roos, Emus, ringnecks and Black Cockies in abundance. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay.
