Wingate by Wyndham Columbia/Fort Jackson

Pretty good This is the best of the three hotels on Nates Road. Only real issue I had was with the TV - reception was really poor, going in and out, and none of the channels matched up to what they were supposed to be.

Parking was horrible the fence was falling down

Decent sized room with beds and eating area.

Upon entering our room, we instantly encountered a horrible smell, like a mixture of dirty feet and stale smoke. When you aren’t a smoker it sure stands out. The bed was very comfy and the pillows as well. I would also put body wash on the wall like your shampoo and conditioner is. Instead it was bar soap, which isn’t a problem when you have something to rest it on in the shower, so it kept falling off the top of the shampoo container and making the condition extra slippery. It worked out fine for us, but anyone elderly probably wouldn’t benefit from this. We have stayed at other Wingate by Wyndham’s and by far the worse one. I won’t mention the breakfast area.

Not a good place stay The room was absolutely horrible and not in good conditions for anyone to stay in the sheets had stains on them as if they just made the bed up from the last guest the floor head trash on it. The shower was dirty. There were light fixtures that were taken apart, so the wires were exposed
