Le Val Majour surprised us with its quality and its tranquility. Set in a park on the edge of the town, in an old building, the better quality rooms are generous, with balconies, and you look out on trees and listen to bird sound (and a rather annoying donkey somewhere!). The joys of country living. Maybe the rooms could do with some refurbishment but they are fine for a stay of even a few days. Car parking is excellent, with plenty of space. It's a short and easy walk into the town where there are a number of good resaturants. Arles is a simple and short drive away. For Provence, we thought this one of those places you hope to find. We didn't try breakfast.
