Un boutique hotel molto ben curato in ogni dettaglio. Le stanze sono ben accessoriate e ben pulite quotidianamente. Il personale è professionale, molto cortese e sempre disponibile a rispondere alle esigenze e richieste dei clienti. Confermo che la colazione, sia dolce che salata, è fornitissima con variegati prodotti artigianali di ottima qualità. Il piccolo giardino tropicale trasmette tranquillità e serenità. Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Sebastiano (Seby) della reception che mi ha seguito in maniera professionale dalla prenotazione a tutta la durata del soggiorno ed alle ragazze della sala colazioni, davvero molto cortesi. E' stato un soggiorno breve (4 giorni), ma è stato davvero molto piacevole.

In un’oasi di pace e tranquillità, immerso nel verde, questo Hotel offre un ottimo servizio sia per la colazione strepitosa che per i servizi di pulizia. Il personale si prodiga per offrire il miglior servizio alla clientela facendoti sentire una persona di famiglia rispettata e coccolata. Mai incontrato personale così affabile ed empatico in una struttura alberghiera. La camera molto ben curata avrebbe bisogno comunque di qualche opera di manutenzione straordinaria ma nell’insieme più che decorosa e funzionale. In sintesi posso affermare, in pseudo dialetto del luogo, che “Mi ARRICRIAI “ per tutta la vacanza soprattutto grazie a Ivana Marilena Gaia e Sebi.

Abbiamo prenotato quest’hotel attirati dalle recensioni positive purtroppo ci siamo resi conto all’arrivo che non era così, la camera assegnataci non corrispondeva ad un hotel da 4 stelle. La camera (numero 103/a) con portafinestra piccola non adeguata, maniglia appiccicosa, arredamento datato e bagno con rivestimento e sanitari vecchi e porta doccia piena di calcare. Allorché abbiamo fatto presente più volte al personale la situazione ci hanno fatto parlare con la proprietaria la quale si è dimostrata per niente disponibile alla soluzione del problema (eventuale cambio stanza) limitandosi soltanto a offrire uno sconto di 10 euro a notte sul prezzo della camera. A quel punto siamo stati costretti ad interrompere il soggiorno e cambiare hotel. sconsigliatissimo!

Siamo stati in questa struttura dal 27 al 31 luglio e' stato un soggiorno veramente bello, la struttura e' piccola ma curata in ogni aspetto. Il giardino e' rigoglioso e ben curato, in piscina si vivono momenti di relax assoluto, la camera e' funzionale e ben gestita dal personale dedicato. Il pezzo forte e' sicuramente la colazione, difficile da trovare in altre strutture, dal salato al dolce per finire alla frutta tutto freschissimo e di varieta' importante...complimenti! Una menzione particolare per le ragazze del bar sempre disponibili e pronte nel soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Vorrei sottolineare la professionalita' espressa con solarita' e gioia da parte di Gaia che ci ha ricevuto ed accolto veramente con estrema gentilezza. Unico neo e' la convenzione con il lido fontane bianche che andrebbe rivista almeno per la comunicazione, nello specifico l'albergo ci ha comunicato un prezzo per ombrellone e lettini in realta' quando siamo scesi il proprietario ci ha fatto pagare di più sostenendo che le prime file non sono convenzionabili. Comunque la struttura e' veramente ok.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Was given free upgrade for seaview room. Great breakfast whose area doubled up as bar in evening with snacks. 5 minutes walk to beach. Hotel organised us recliners/parasol for paid part of Lido beach. Free excellent WiFi and parking for car.

Camera grande e bagno bello e pulitissimo. Piscina esterna riscaldata, i bambini sono stati benissimo a maggio. Colazione di livello superiore, mai in nessun altro hotel abbiamo trovato qualità nella colazione così alta. Prezzi corretti. Complimenti!

Great little hotel with pretty rooms Top breakfast comfortable rooms with a nice Italian shower the setting is great close to the beach (fine sand) and possibility of going to two partner lidos The reception staff are great and really They listen to you and give us very good advice and even booked a restaurant for us to make our lives easier. Hotel to recommend
