First class. basic hotel. It’s spotless, bed is comfy, shower is good, staff are amazing and the food is great and it is well priced Two gentleman took amazing care of us, thank you, an older gentleman and a young guy, great hospitality and service Dinner was that good, we ordered the same again, portions were a little small. A steak with all the trimmings for 15€ and a 50cl jug of nice wine for 8€, incredible Great parking out back even for vans Breakfast was also very enjoyable

J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hotel et je n'y reviendrai pas. Hotel dans son jus et a fortement besoin d'etre renové. Le restaurant est pas mal avec du fait maison mais les chambres sont tres bruyantes on entends tout ce qui ce passe au dessus et a côté....une horreur! Impossible de dormir. La salle de bain laisse à désirer...lavabo vieux et abîmé. Mitigeur de douche qui ne fonctionne pas bien et j'en passe. Je déconseille !

Hotel exterior in need of some TLC. Young man on Reception was very polite and helpful. Room was fine - everything that you need. Evening meal extremely good value for money. Breakfast buffet excellent. Very convenient for motorway stop-over.

Lovely hotel.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. Most staff speak some English which is good when you are tired after a long journey and seem to have forgotten any french you knew. The beds was lovely and comfortable and the French external blinds cut out noise and light for a peaceful sleep. The room and ensuite bathroom are clean.
The breakfast is continental with plenty to choose from and includes cereal, yoghurt and fruit. There were some eggs, bacon and sausages and a toaster. Coffee very good from the machine. There is also tea and hot chocolate available although no drink making facilities in the rooms.
The restuarant serves a variety of starters, mains and desserts and there is a discount for two and three courses.
There is no lift to rooms on the second and third floors but there are a few ground floor rooms. Staff will help you with your bags if required.

Cet hôtel aux portes de Cambrai est très bien situé à deux pas d’une sortie d’autoroute, sans que cela n’impacte sa tranquillité, ce qui est notable. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil aussi bien au téléphone qu’en physique. Notre chambre, la 3, était un peu petite mais pour une ou deux nuits c’est suffisant : chambre très propre comme le reste de l’hôtel pour ce que nous en avons vu, aucune nuisance sonore à signaler. À noter que la VMC étant dans la salle de bain, il est préférable d’en laisser la porte ouverte pour une meilleure aération la nuit. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien, mieux que dans certaines grandes chaînes. Il est varié et de qualité : fruits, charcuterie, pains, viennoiseries, œufs, fromages, yaourts fruits ou nature locaux… que de très bonnes choses. Fait rare et donc très positif : la présence sur le parking de l’hôtel de plusieurs bornes de recharge électrique, dont trois de charge rapide. (41 kWh en moins de 40mn et je n’étais pas sur la borne la plus puissante) J’ai réglé facilement via la site de l’opérateur et je n’ai donc pas testé avec ma carte Chargemap. Attention : l’opérateur facture des frais importants d’occupation une fois que la recharge est terminée, ce qui est normal et assez fréquent. À noter également que les animaux y sont acceptés. En conclusion, très bon hôtel à tout point de vue
