Excellent stay. Welcoming check in. Very freindly staff. Clean rooms - comfy beds. Fun indoor/outdoor pool. Highly recommend. Great location. We will be back!

The room was not clean and we had a high pitch noise all night that sounded like a leaf blower

I think that Stoney Creek is the best hotel in a 100 mile radius. You guys deliver it for location, hospitality, convenience and price. It's a great place to close proximity to or the ****** right on the riverfront. There are some nice trails to walk down there. Nice little bar to sit and have a few drinks afterwards. A great fish House right next door to you + you know plush rooms with all the amenities just off the chain.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here after visiting and moving my daughter into Bradley nearby. I should have known the first time when we showed up and they overbooked my room type and told me they were sold out of King rooms even though I booked via the website and had confirmation. Lady at front desk was RUDE about it too! Place was dirty back then and pool was gross and crowded! Hallways dirty! Fast forward one month later and the place is even worse. Even filthier! Phone broken in room. Blow dryer broken. Curtain valance hanging sideways. Breakfast eating area downstairs was filthy and pancake machine down. All these homemade signs in marker (like a 1st grader wrote them in Sharpie) that machine was broken, use “thongs” for food, and to leave a tip in a plastic 7-11 cup if you’d like to leave a tip for the breakfast person. Cheap and unclassy! At check in we weren’t given any info on check out or breakfast. They “ran out” of key sleeves and our room keys were given to us in cut up folded pieces of paper that showed financials about how much ******* makes on each reservation made. Really? The hotel in Galena had water and coffee in the lobby for travelers. Here, nothing. I was told I have to buy water from the fridge area. Then we wanted to use the hot tub and pool. That was a big NO! Pool and hallways loaded with disrespectful kids running and screaming all over the place. I am signed up for their loyalty program, but I won’t be staying at the Peoria location anymore. They need a total renovation. Don’t believe the positive reviews. If just a place to rest your head is enough, then it’ll do. But there are cheaper places to stay!!
