The house is in the countryside in quiet surroundings, 5 km from the big town (Terracina) away.
The 3rd 5 room apartment with 93m2 of living space makes a holiday feel like home. Before the entrance has a covered courtyard with a large table and enough chairs to eat comfortably or to enjoy the beautiful weather. The closest beach promises lots of rest and relaxation. Recently many popular beaches such as Sperlonga, Gaeta, etc. in a short time to reach by car.
There is also the possibility to visit the nearby island of Ponza. Es ist eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft an einem sehr ruhigen Ort die Unterkunft ist 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt wir haben uns wohl gefühlt als Familie .

Wunderbare Urlaubsregion für einen Familienurlaub.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber.Sie liegt auf einem wunderschönen,sonnigen Grundstück. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es leider ein kleineres Problem mit der Wasserversorgung.Herr Grossi hat sich umgehend gekümmert und das Problem wurde sofort beseitigt.Er ist jederzeit ansprechbar und erreichbar für seine Mieter. In unmittelbarer Umgebung ist ein Mini Markt für die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs.Das Meer ist nah,warm,sauber und flach.Es sorgt daher auch für kleinere Kinder für Badevergnügen.Die Preise in der Region sind nicht überteuert und die kleinen Städte in der Umgebung laden zu Ausflügen ein.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub.

Maison idéalement placée pour aller à la plage à pied, avec les commerces à proximité
Idéalement bien placé pour visiter Rome, Naples, Pompéi (en train gare proche et peu chère à la journée)
Ne pas manquer de visiter les villages de Fondi, Sperlonga, Terracina, Gaeta, et un détour est nécessaire dans le petit village atypique de Lenola et surtout l’île de Ponza
