exceptional
I am glad I stayed here. The customer service I received was so exceptional that I wanted to write a review. When I arrived late the night auditor was kind and accommodating. In the morning, the staff was especially kind and just so caring! I enjoyed the stay-it was a comfortable room, bed and the facility was inviting. Thank you! I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean & comfortable - But
The room was clean, bed linens fresh and clean, and the bathroom was clean. I did notice that in common areas, the doors and doorframes were dirty. Paying attention to details is important. Pool and Hot Tub were perfect! Nice to have a pool be warm enough to use. We did not go down for breakfast, so cannot give a review for that. Price was very reasonable.

Mattress was the wrong type for the base. Or vice versa. Housekeeping was noisy in the morning. (Loud talking & playing music on their phone at 8:00am the next morning)

Michelle was extraordinarily courteous and informative, ready and able to answer all of our questions. It was pretty obvious to us that she enjoys her work and that shows well in her attitude as well as her desire to be helpful. We used both the pool and hot tub and had a great time! We'll be back!!

The worst thing about the Comfort Inn is that it is hard to find. There is a prominent sign near the road, but the building has no markings, and in fact, the front desk where you check in is “around the back.” I got there fairly late but with a pre-paid reservation, had to wait 5-10 minutes for a person to show up and take care of me.

Hair dryer did not work so I went to the front desk and they said they couldn’t give me one or do anything about it.
Room was dirty. Food on the floor with ants crawling. Beds obviously had not had linen change. Drapes were unhooked on one side and didn’t completely close. Room was on first floor directly facing parking lot. Cars about 6ft away.
