We enjoyed staying at Waters Edge. Everything was great. Only issue was the TV didn’t work. I think the service was out. Otherwise we really enjoyed the room as well as the breakfast! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.

The Waters’Edge is a nice laid back bed and breakfast. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. Folly Beach is also a nice laid back beach town. So the Inn is a perfect fit. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It has a nice shaded sitting area outside to relax and enjoy the weather. They had a top notch breakfast for us in the morning. If you go away hungry it’s your fault. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

This is BY FAR one of the most amazing Inn's we have ever stayed at. The attention to details was impeccable and the staff was super attentive to our needs and desires. The place is super quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens we rich and luxurious. We stayed in "The Islander" suite and couldn't recommend it more. It is a bit of a climb up stairs, top floor, but well worth it if stairs are not an issue. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious and made fresh daily, with LOTS of choices. We enjoyed the use of the bikes and utilized the golf cart taxi on occasion, a definite perk. The town is quaint with lots of dining and drinking options. Definitely check out "Chico Feo" and try the Cuban sandwich. Big enough to split!

This Inn was one of the most comfortable places we have stayed in during our travels. We can't say enough good things about it. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is in a wonderful location... quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to walk to the restaurants and shops and the beach! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We felt like we were at a friend's home for brunch! The happy hour was relaxed and the appetizers were delicious!! I read many reviews before I book a place. This Inn had all positive reviews and now we know why!! DO NOT hesitate to book this Inn!! We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! We HIGHLY recommend it!! The only thing we hated about it was leaving.
