My little Cottage is perfect for a relaxed, laid-back stay with a total coastal feel. You can enjoy surfing, biking, swimming, great dining and beautiful walks on the beach. After a day on the beach you can step into the private outdoor shower. You won’t have to go far to hear the ocean at night. This home is offered only a few months each year . Family Folly
My wife two adult daughters and I had a wonderful time. The property was perfect with a great view of the beach and access. The property was spotless and very well accommodating for all our needs. Will definitely stay there again when we come back.

Best beach trip yet!
Beautiful view, the decor was perfect! The only thing the teenagers said it lacked was a full length mirror, however I appreciated the lack of one, lol!

Absolutely beautiful home right on the beach, it was so cozy and comfortable, we loved it, the house was fully stocked with everything you needed and the bed was so comfortable. Sandra was so accommodating and welcoming, I give it 5 stars and we definitely will come back again.....great fellowship and food.

Beautiful cottage, amazing location
The beach house is very well maintained and appointed, with a well equipped kitchen and attention to detail in every piece of the decor. The deck is large and invites you to lounge and eat al fresco, unless you are drawn to the beach which is only a couple steps away. We had an amazing time as a family. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Beach, Beautiful Cottage!
My family and I wanted to vacation on the beach in South Carolina during Thanksgiving. We are so happy to have found this perfect little cottage located away from the hustle and bustle of the town of Folly Beach. Our host was available with a quick response whenever I had a question. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation!

A Little Piece of Heaven on Earth!
Four night stay at this gorgeous property just wasn't enough! My family of 4 was sad to leave and have been dreaming about those oceans views (and outdoor showers!) ever since. If you're looking for a clean, spacious yet cozy, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped cottage on a peaceful stretch of beach with endless ocean views, look no further. This is the real deal. We enjoyed many hours on the beach and in the outdoor showers (there are TWO, both glorious!), followed by afternoons and evenings exploring Charleston, Beaufort and Savannah, all within close proximity to the cottage. We truly hope to be back!
