If hadn’t been for the construction work waking us up at 6:30/7:00 most days it would be 5/5. Truly wonderful small gem of a hotel. Great location good beach and pools. We tend to favour small hotels and leading hotels group hotels and this did not disappoint. Large well equipped suite with separate living room and kitchenette and massive terrace. Breakfast and lunch and dinner all to a very high standard. Only encountered small issue at dinner one evening when heading for table we had had before to be told was reserved for another group who from conversations we knew were returners. That was the only time felt at a disadvantage but was just a minor annoyance. Service was spot on. One night we dined at Coral Reef next door and that was lovely too. As an aside we went to Tides lovely location and building but felt the hotel food far better. Bar staff were brilliant and didn’t bat an eyebrow when asked for a Frappuccino which was lovely. As for the strawberry daiquiri well probably the best ever had and I’m known for my love of cocktails. A great location if want to wander into Holetown. Swimming in the sea was sublime. Warm clear water and didn’t need to snorkel to seee fish. Housekeeping was top notch and loved the turn down biscuits. Loved to see the birds and hear the frogs though boy are they loud 😂 beautifully kept gardens. We will definitely return and hopefully by then the construction will be complete.

Only getting used to being back now and getting around to writing a review. It was a dream! My husband and I went to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had an amazing time from start to finish. The staff are amazing and made my birthday extra special. Too many lovely people to name check. The food is great. Would recommend half board - we didn’t opt for it as we thought it was only breakfast and dinner and we wanted to go out for some meals. We only found out on our last day you could’ve had lunch or dinner so could be flexible eating out - this would have saved us money. Only downside is the building next door but when that is done, it really will be perfect. You can live with it though it’s worth it.

We had a lovely stay. It's a great location and the breakfast is great. Staff are really nice. Overall, we found it a little cliquey and noticed that the regular clientele got served a lot quicker at the bar, which was frustrating. At one afternoon, when I raised my hand to try to order a drink, the waiter told me to wait and then served 2 more customers that hat just arrived.

The rating for this hotel is 4.5, but it's a 5 all the way. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the food is great, the beach although small is wonderful and most of all the staff are friendly and attentive. After just one day they say hi and call you by name. Don't forget to chat with Harold at Harold's Bar on the beach. He's a fixture and everyone's favourite.

Location, service, and facilities are all excellent. Situated within easy walking distance of Holetown bars and restaurants. Staff are lovely and make time to stop, chat, and give advice on places to see. Food was excellent with extensive breakfast choice. Water sports guys were very helpful too. Good gym and lap pool which was quiet enough to get some good lengths in. Excellent hotel.

5 star rated hotel, with 5 star facilities and service. Staff are all really dedicated to making your stay a pleasure. Option for smart evening dining, or casual beach bar dining make this hotel better than before. The menu is varied and the food presentation excellent. Breakfast buffet is great, and there are some cooked options I have never tried before, which was fun.

One of the loveliest hotels I’ve stayed in, understated luxury, no glitz or fuss. Incredible levels of service from all the staff who are friendly rather than stuffy. Several of the staff have been here for 35+ years. Excellent light lunches at Harold’s with daily specials and the main lunch menu is also available in the evening, which we appreciated particularly on the day we arrived. Superb fine dining restaurant, we had our best meals of the holiday here. Plenty of places to lie in the sun either by the beach or around the pools, although could perhaps do with more shaded areas in the afternoon. Extremely comfortable sun loungers. Live music on several nights which was very good when we heard it, finishes by 22:00 but could do with starting a bit later as it’s very close to the restaurant and bar and rather kills the conversation. Easily walkable to Holetown. Children are now accommodated all year round but apparently they try to limit numbers of very young ones, it wasn’t a problem when we were there. Seemed slightly odd to have White Company toiletries in the bathrooms, would have been nice to have a local brand such as those in the public areas (St Lucy Botanicals, I think?) Will definitely return.

A friendly boutique hotel easy to get to from the Airport on the west coast. Lovely beach with fantastic snorkelling off the beach. Two swimming pools and delicious cocktails. Two restaurants, one smarter with live entertainment and one on the beach more bistro style.
