I am a traveler and I don't have many needs, all I need is a bed and a warm place to sleep. In this place they can't even give a warm room. I arrived at 11pm in the facility, the room with a wooden window with a broken shutter, cold drafts coming in and a temperature not higher than 7 degrees. At which point I called the manager to find a solution and a foreign person of unique arrogance arrived on site, who, perhaps being used to sleeping on the street, claimed that the room wasn't cold. I asked to visit another one and he opened one. Warm and welcoming but it costs 20 euros more if you want to take it or leave it. I left but not for the twenty euros but for the arrogance of this being who, despite being seriously flawed, had neither courtesy nor tolerance... ABANDON ALL HOPE, YOU WHO ENTER!!
