Hotel pulito, organizzato e perfetto per un week end sugli sci o durante l'estate. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Unica nota negativa il poco spazio per riporre gli indumenti e il troppo troppo caldo all'interno della stanza nonostante il riscaldamento spento.

Tutto perfetto Accoglienza e disponibilità dello staff Stanza ben pulita ogni giorno Cibo buonissimo e non ogni giorno le solite pietanze, lo staff estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile. Colazione dolce e salata varia. siamo stati anche nel loro centro benessere, piccolo e ben curato , kit cortesia compreso nel prezzo e datoci in una sacca con all'interno ciabatte e accappatoio. Che dire Ve lo consiglio.

Hotel centralissimo al paese concepito per ogni tipo di esperienza! Giovanile e allo stesso tempo adatto a famiglie con bambini. Dispone di molti spazi per piccoli e per grandi al punto tale da sentirsi a casa! Confort e Disponibilità dello staff sono al primo posto e un must di questa struttura alberghiera a conduzione familiare. Ampia e originale scelta dei piatti del ristorante ( quasi da essere in difficoltà a dover scegliere 😀 ) Colazione Ricchissima e con vasta scelta. Camere con arredamento di gusto e allo stesso tempo molto funzionali! Rinnovate con gusto ma con attenzione all ambiente!

Stanze nuove, pulite e molto accoglienti, così come le altre aree in uso. Servizio impeccabile. Vicinissimo a zona pedonale del centro di Folgaria che offre negozi e locali molto carini. Il personale è preparato e sempre gentile e disponibile.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato per due notti presso la struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene: abbiamo apprezzato la tipologia di stanza che ci è stata riservata, la gentilezza di tutti coloro che vi lavorano, dalla reception alla SPA, ai camerieri. Ben fornito il buffet della colazione, silenzio durante le ore notturne, nonostante vi fossero diverse famiglie con bambini anche molto piccoli....unica nota meno positiva: il letto, comodo ma "cigolante"....

Purtroppo devo dare una recensione così bassa perché io mi sono presentato con uno Smartbox che prevedeva due giorni di Spa e invece anche mostrandolo al momento del pagamento mi è stato fatto pagare un giorno Despar dicendo che aveva sbagliato lo Smartbox. Io credo che la colpa non sia mia per questo dò questo voto basso . per il resto l'hotel è molto ben curato ho mangiato molto bene lo consiglio per la posizione.

locali curati, camera nuovissima, personale gentile e comprensivo, ambiente adatto alle esigenze dei bambini. Posizione centrale e parcheggio adiacente alla struttura. Super consigliato, sia in estate che in inverno: Folgaria, e in generale l'alpe Cimbra, offrono molte attività adatte alle famiglie.
