原本訂的三人房，入住時説三人房沒有開放給了兩間雙人房，本來訂三個人住一起就是方便玩樂，改兩房就不便了。房間是主樓想裝修的雙人房，設施很新，可惜保潔不到位，入住就發現洗手間門口附近有蟑螂屍體未清理乾淨。我們是週一入住，温泉池水温度都很低，完全沒有平時的温度高，幾個山洞葯池衹有一個池是有看到葯包的存在，其他池都沒有葯包，第二天早上泡温泉水温就恢復正常温度，泡起來很舒服，與前一天晚上的温度完全不一樣。温泉區毛巾與拖鞋都更新過，很不錯。早餐品種與以前差不多，味道出品都不錯。中餐沒有自助餐出品好，如果食量大首選自助晚餐，品種多樣化，食材都新鮮，85元/位。

酒店主樓房間乾淨清新，陽台泡池也很舒服。公共池大大小小隨便泡水玩水，大廳小童樂園小孩也超喜歡。前台給延遲一個小時退房很貼心。地方是很多年的地方了，整體綠化很好很安靜，這次入住體驗有點超預期了，性價比也超高，特別適合帶長者小孩一家過來。

房間潔凈，服務很好，前台小姐姐很貼心，服務很到位，一次説明白，環境也挺好的，適合一家大小渡假，温泉的服務也很不錯，雖然是夏天，也有很多服務員指引遊玩，體驗感不錯。
