We tried this hotel AGAIN and yet they have failed again in the customer service department. No amount of cheap upgrades will help this hotel. Having people banging on your door even though you just spoke with housekeeping after having to jump out of the shower (the second housekeeping felt bad about not knowing I had answered the door a few minutes before ) . Come on - do bette. Just cancelled my upcoming reservation due to frustration.

LOCATION WAS GOOD. PROPERTY I GUESS WAS DOING SOME UPGRADES. THERE WAS ALOT OF BOXES IN LOBBY. OUR ROOM THE OFFICE CHAIRS ARMS WERE COMING COMPLETELY APART. THE ELEVATOR WAS MAKING A LOUD NOISE SO THAT WAS A LITTLE SCARY. FOR A HILTON GARDEN INN I WAS EXPECTING A LITTLE MORE.

The shower area was so dirty and old. The chair in the room was so damaged. There was no complimentary breakfast as you would normally expect in a hotel in this medium class. I will not stay here again even though it is in a convenient location. Definitely choose another hotel.

Not the Hilton experience we are accustomed to. Tried contacting the hotel directly twice. Each time, someone answered and said, “ hold please”. They did not return. The staff was not friendly and wouldn’t speak, as they have always done in the past. Just a friendly “good morning” would be a nice addition. When we arrived in our room, the drapes nor shades would close. The front desk said, “ yes, some of them work and some don’t”Our concerns were addressed by survey, which Hilton responded by email and stated , please contact them at the email or phone listed below, which was not listed. Hilton, you can do better.

Very rude staff (check in and check out was the same female) , rooms are old (ceiling was discolored), bathtub had hair and the bed was uncomfortable! They need to tear this hotel down and start fresh( throwing in some new end tables won’t be enough) plus the hotel has a moldy smell that feels dirty. The last stay , we had ask for a late checkout due to a work call (front desk said absolutely ), during my hour call, the staff kept knocking on the door and the front desk kept calling and interrupting my call. Too bad the phone was broken so we couldn’t answer. This time, when we checked in, our keys didn’t work, then at checkout our $10 my way benefits didn’t apply and she couldn’t be bothered. I know 4 nights a month is not a lot but we are done. After the last time we started staying at another brand hotel, thinking maybe it had changed we gave it another try. Nope
