Very nice and easy check in.

My wife had never stayed at a Hilton so it was intended to be valentine date night. Our checkout time was 11:00, but the cleaning crew was knocking on the door at 8:30am. They returned to start cleaning at 9:00am and my wife stated that checkout was 11:00am and the employee said that they were trying to get an early start. My wife had to wait in the lobby until I picked her up at 11:00am. The access to the front of the hotel requires driving thru an apartment complex on a one way street.

We spent one night here this week because our home’s air conditioner went out. At check-in, we were recognized as Honors members and given complimentary bottled water. Our room was spacious and included a microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. We used the digital key via the Hilton app. Elevators worked great, common areas were clean, and no issues with noise. We had intended to walk over to Pennywise Pub or Underdogs for dinner, but they’re closed on Tuesdays. We didn’t eat breakfast because we were hurrying home to meet our AC repairman. I noticed that housekeeping is provided every other day- a nonissue for us because we stayed only one night. We will stay here again if we need to be out of our house.

When we first arrived there hotel had double booked our room and literally had someone else in the room at the time we arrived for check in. That was resolved and we were put in another room. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was awesome! I was surprised how clean everything was. We got the king suite and it was MASSIVE! We would definitely stay here again! Walking distance to awesome restaurants on the river. Great stay!
