My wife had never stayed at a Hilton so it was intended to be valentine date night. Our checkout time was 11:00, but the cleaning crew was knocking on the door at 8:30am. They returned to start cleaning at 9:00am and my wife stated that checkout was 11:00am and the employee said that they were trying to get an early start. My wife had to wait in the lobby until I picked her up at 11:00am. The access to the front of the hotel requires driving thru an apartment complex on a one way street.

I visited Home2Suites this spring for two weeks with work. Several of our cast and crew stayed with Anita, DJ and their amazing team. They were clean, professional and hospitable. Constantly working and checking to make sure that we were okay and satisfied. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious… but what really makes this team shine is the team! They were helpful and friendly in every interaction. Going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Even extending my stay at the last minute and working their magic to let me stay in my room. Very comfortable and productive stay. I’ll try to book a home2 suits whenever I travel.

We enjoyed both of our visits. The hotel was located close to the areas we were visiting. The hotel is well maintained and kept very clean. We did have a couple of issues with our room, but the maintenance person looked at the issues and would not be able to fix until the room was vacant. The barn door on the bathroom wasn't hung right and stuck when it closed. I had to assist my wife exiting the first time and we didn't close entirely after that. DJ was great at the front desk. Other than one person at the desk everyone was very friendly and attentive. That person seldom smiled and most of the time only looked up when you asked a question or said hello. We had booked another room for family arriving a few days later. On the day of arrival the room was cleaned by 10 am. We asked if we could check in, but was told it hadn't been inspected. Housekeeping supervisor was standing right next to her, but both said we would have to wait. I understand policy of check in, but seems that if a room has been cleaned that it would not hurt to go ahead and check a room and save time later. Other than that the stay was very pleasant and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed at. The staff was absolutely amazing!! The room was by the far, cleanest and most comfortable. Basically full kitchen with huge fridge, microwave, toaster, real utensils, full cabinet of glasses, cups, plates, etc. Laundry room, gym, heated pool. The breakfast area was beyond continental..hot food. Didn't need to go out for a morning meal. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Went with family...two young kids. We all enjoyed it so much. Can't wait to go back.

My family had the pleasure of staying in this very welcoming hotel while in town with the Venardos Circus. Anita, DJ and the entire team were excellent. I never saw them without a smile and an attitude of wanting to assist in anyway that they could. I would definitely stay here again when in town and would also recommend staying here. The rooms are comfortable and clean

It was hard to see the signage on the building. I'm guessing there are sign restrictions from the surrounding business and residential area. The room was nicely appointed, and continental breakfast was decent.
