We decided to go to this coastal town on a whim. The hotel is exquisite and quiet, and is much better maintained than expected. The hotel breakfast is excellent, the family room we booked is also very large, and the sofa bed is also comfortable.

I gave this hotel a 5 based on the fact it surprised us how a small hotel in an area that’s not very touristy was so well done. I’m not exactly sure why I chose Floro. I was trying to break up the drive from Alesund to Bergen. Floro itself doesn’t have a lot to offer in terms of shopping or tourist sights but this hotel was again a great surprise. The best food we had in all of Norway. Free parking from 5pm to 8 am - literally nothing seems free in Norway lol. The room was small but immaculate. The staff very helpful. The drive from Alesund to Floro had some beautiful views different from the other parts of Norway we visited so all in all a win.

Flott helg i Florø. Utrolig hjelpsomt personale.
Koselig resepsjon og veldig god og innholdsrik frokost. Spiste middag en kveld på hotellet og fikk veldig god mat og stor porsjoner. Vil absolutt anbefale dette hotellet til personer som skal overnatte i Florø.

Ingen Quality
Dårlige parkeringsforhold. Ingen råd/hjelp til parkering. Dobbeltrommet hadde enkeltromstørrelse. Sengen var forferdelig og både jeg og min kone fikk ryggsmerter etter en natt. Dårlig utrustet rom. Med en pris på over 2000 per natt bør rommet inneholde vannkoker og skoskje. I restauranten hadde kelneren ingen kunnskaper om sjenking/behandling av vin. Ved nabobordet ble rødvinen ristet før sjenking. Jeg ba om dekantering av vinen som vi hadde bestilt. De visste selvfølgelig ikke hva dette var. Etter at jeg fortalte at vinen burde helles over i decanter for å unngå bunnfall og for å lufte vinen - tok de vinen inn på kjøkkenet og kom tilbake med en vannkaraffel med lett grumset rødvin. Det var svært trangt under frokosten. En kaffekanne stod fremme. Den var tom før vi kom og ble ikke etterfyllt i løpet av den tiden vi oppholdt oss i frokostrestauranten.
