The property was clean (except we did have Ants in the room). Also, the shower was extremely small and caused watwr to go all over the bathroom.

The staff went out of their way to ensure i had the drink that I wanted at breakfast.

Really a low cost solution and in my case 61€ was too much .

The elderly lady running this hotel is very aggressive, unfriendly, and loud.
When my companion was trying to take pictures of some nice antiques in the lobby, she started screaming no pictures.
The breakfast in the morning was old and dry looking.
Coffee was barely warm and flavorless.
The room was mediocre, but if you used the shower curtain it would block the drain.
The hotel is a 20 minimum walk to anything in a isolated neighborhood.

Ήταν τέλεια όλα Γνωρίσαμε 2 σερβιτόρες πάρα πολύ ευγενικές Ελένη και Κατερίνα η εξυπηρέτηση πολύ γρήγορη και πολύ χαμογελάστες θα ξαναπήγαινα με τη. Πρώτη ευκαιρία.πολυ κοντά στην πόλη και το ξενοδοχείο πεντακάθαρο. Μπράβο σε όλους!!!

Boutique hotel και πραγματικά ωραίο ξενοδοχείο και εξωτερικά με πανοραμική θέα του κάμπου της Φλώρινας και της Ανατολής του ηλίου ,αλλά και εσωτερικά αποπνέει μια αρχοντιά και ηρεμία . Δωμάτια καθαρά με άνετα κρεβάτια και ωραίο διάκοσμο . Πλούσιο παραδοσιακό πρωινό με πολυ ευγενικό προσωπικό καθότι οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πάντα παρόντες με χαμόγελο . Ίσως η καλύτερη επιλογή της πόλης

Βρέθηκα στη Φλώρινα το Νοέμβριο του 2022 για επαγγελματικούς λόγους. Φιλοξενήθηκα στο ξενοδοχείο μέχρι τη λήξη του διδακτικού έτους. Οι ιδιοκτήτες με αγκάλιασαν από την πρώτη στιγμή. Πρόκειται για μία υπέροχη οικογένεια, για ανθρώπους με ενσυναίσθηση, με ζεστασιά, με πλατιά χαμόγελα, έτοιμοι να προσφέρουν. Θυμάμαι ακόμα, πόσο με φρόντιζε η γλυκιά μου κυρία Γιάννα και συγκινούμαι... Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ προσεγμένο. Η διακόσμηση, με τις αναρίθμητες τοιχογραφίες εμπνευσμένες από μία άλλη εποχή, σε μαγεύει, σε ταξιδεύει. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι είναι εξαιρετική. Μακάρι να υπήρχαν περισσότερα αστέρια! ☺️
