It’s so simple, no slippers or toothbrush! I picked up the plates with food for breakfast and prepared to get the food. Almost every plate had unwashed food residues. It was so disgusting! On November 28, 2023, the tall lady at breakfast was very enthusiastic, attentive and enthusiastic! Very friendly! She said she had been working at this restaurant for two and a half years! Forgot to ask her name! Her service offset the bad experience of dirty plates. It deserves a big thumbs up!

Best Cosmopolitan on the Panhandle! Marnessia is the BEST Bartender & we had a lovely time hanging out at the bar & relaxing. The pool is beautiful & the staff is great! If you’re in Tallahassee I highly recommend staying here or at least stopping by for a drink!

Excellent food service from Roxanne and the check in with Everett was seamless. Thank you. The room was clean and well stocked with nice thick towels and the bedding full and comfortable. The property is situated close to downtown and government center.

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Tallahassee Downtown for a couple of nights while we were in town for our child’s FSU orientation. During our stay, we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and I just wanted to mention how great Roxanne was. She welcomed us like old friends genuinely kind, easy to talk to, and really on top of things. She had helpful suggestions, checked in on us just the right amount, and made sure everything was smooth without feeling rushed. You could tell she takes pride in what she does, and it honestly set the tone for the rest of our day. Roxanne made a simple breakfast feel like the kind of service you remember. Thanks again to her for making our visit a little brighter.

Kendrick and Erica were so great ! Erica at the front desk was so sweet and helpful she gave my mother points for our trip and Kendrick was sweet he went back to our room to check the TV volume and he got my mothers curling iron .. and the room and hotel was nice and clean

Check in at the Tally Four Points is super simple and pleasant. My stay included a breakfast each morning and Roxanne V. and Ms. Rhonda were on fire in terms of customer service and great food. The biscuits and gravy were the best I’ve had in a long while. They bring a new level of R and R to your stay at the Sheraton. Don’t skip breakfast!!!
