Excellent location comfortable bed with all the amenities you need. The staff were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Add to this a good breakfast selection included in the price and you have the perfect package. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when we return to the area.

This hotel has got to be the worst holiday inn express in the world,I would put well below the worst Days Inn,We checked in on June 1 for 4 days,We were given our room and when we went in it smelled awful,The carpets were stained,The air conditioning made a racket,Went down to complain and was given another room which was next door and was exactly the same so we checked out and the front desk could not care less there attitude left a lot to be desired,So we went up to the Fairfield Inn 2 blocks up the road and it was a complete contrast,This holiday inn express needs a complete refurbishment including its employees,Never again.

I got the best night of sleep in a hotel room. Bestqpp Pug The shower was nice and clean and the pressure was like a fire hose...absolutely fantastic. While I was at your hotel it rained and I was pleasantly directed to park my car in a completely dry parking garage. I didn't have to get wet and that made my night.

As a long time IHG platinum elite member that has stayed in many hotels of the chain I can sadly say that this is by far the worst property I have ever stayed in. Many of the points already mentioned by other reviews. General neglect, filthy carpets, smelly rooms, low quality breakfast…. To add to the list: in my room there had been two tremendously noisy AC units right outside the window. Rumbling all night it was impossible to get much rest. Holiday Inn should be ashamed to put their name on such a terrible property. I will try to avoid staying at any of their hotels ever again.

My experience was exceptional. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and bacon. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. The hotel also had a nice pool and fitness center that I enjoyed using during my stay.

Nice hotel. Clean room and excellent staff. Fridge and microwave in room. Breakfast ok. Gym needs a refurbish weights set many weighs missing and equipment poor but ac good. Free parking. Pool ok but not heated. Price reasonable. Would use again

After reading a few negative reviews we decided to stay here but there were more positive reviews than negative reviews. This hotel was clean, rooms clean, breakfast was good. Staff is nice. The room was adequate. The bed was comfortable. TV coverage was OK. The hotel had some renovation going on. The kitchen breakfast was awful. The ovens were broken and there was little food available. UNACCEPTABLE since this is one reason why we choose HI express. The employees were lackadaisical and seemed disinterested. While on this trip we stayed at 3 HI expresses. The one at Ft. Jackson,SC and the one in Brunswick Georgia measured up great and were fabulous. Not so much this one. This is our second time to this one because it is convenient to the Everglades but we will stay next door if we go again.

While we usually use Holiday Inns because of consistent quality this one broke the mold. The staff was pleasant. We were not told or informed of the ongoing renovation before hand.. Pool was closed. Rooms were substandard. ***** hairs on walls, floors and toilet. Room door did not shut well unless forced. Could hear renovations at 7 am from the floor below. To top it off, in the morning for breakfast a sign was posted "oven broke" so there was some stale pastries, coffee and juice. A discount or a heads up before booking would have been appreciated or atleast give me a few IHG rewards for putting up with the inability to provide the quality service of IHG hotels.
