Una experiencia indiferente Nuestra experiencia no fue de las mejores. En cuanto a servicio, los alimentos, pero sobre todo la habitación. La recepción del hotel nada espectacular. ni fu ni fa. Las áreas publicas estaban bien. El elevador manchado por dentro y quizás sucio. La habitación nos defraudo. Almohadas con manchas, sabanas no en buen estado y el piso húmedo todo el tiempo. El agua del bano no tenia presión, un chorrito, nomas. Y para que saliera el agua caliente tuve que esperar más o menos 20 minutos. El desayuno es mediocre. Verdaderamente un desayuno de lastima. Que pena. Hay mucha área de oportunidad de mejora.

Alors oui de l intérieur de l hôtel vous aurez une belle vue mais: Sachez que vous êtes excentré de tout ( sauf des fast food) Pas d eau chaude à la douche sauf maigre filet. PQ à jeter dans une poubelle ( pas ds la cuvette sinon cela bouche les canalisations) et ça c est rédhibitoire pour moi dans un pays avec de fortes chaleurs, à 3,une horreur. Le jazucci de la piscine HS. Petit déjeuner minable y a pas d autres mots ( café pas bon,trois tranches de pain grillées avec un dès à coudre de marmelade). Bref cet hôtel est vraiment nul et à fuir par rapport à ce qu on a pu avoir durant le séjour.

Hotel is in a good location and just before entering Flores. We didn’t have a reservation so we walked-in. Pros: has parking / breakfast is included / friendly and accommodating staff / view of the lake for coffee or beers is good / hotel design and exteriors are well kept. Cons: First hotel we have been where we have to pay for a separate room (not even extra Charge allowed) as I was traveling with my sons -18 & 14 yrs and only 3 adults allowed per room albeit they have 2 double beds per room! That was a major throw off so we only stayed a night. Pool was cold! Juice served at breakfast was watered down. Thus my 4/5 rating and I would perhaps try a different place before staying here again.
