Overall it's pretty good. The location is very good. It's very convenient to walk everywhere. There are also many restaurants around, including many Chinese restaurants. The only drawback is the soundproofing. You can clearly hear the sound of people walking upstairs. It is really noisy. The water flowing in the shower makes noise when flushing the toilet.

I stayed here once for a short period of two days before, and my impression was okay. This time I stayed a little longer and found more problems. This hotel is suitable for a day or two, but not for more than two days. Cleaning is poor, toiletries are not updated, and are out of stock. The staff also disappeared after get off work in the afternoon. It would be very inconvenient if you didn't have some spare parts. But the location is really good.

Convenient location, attentive service, early contact and self-service check-in. The breakfast is simple but of good quality. I really like the design and atmosphere of the entire building. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I go to Florence.
