A quick tram/train ride to all the sights, this hotel is clean and comfortable enough. However, the check-in hours are limited. We let the staff know we'd likely be arriving right around closing (considering we were on public transportation) and were told the late check-in procedure, just in case. We arrive just 10 minutes after hours and got no response when we followed the call-in procedure, leaving us sitting on the doorstep for 10-15 minutes. The next morning, the staff was clearly annoyed by our late arrival, even though we were paying for the privilege of using this service. The woman concerned was also grumpy when we used the microwave in the kitchen with our own supplies because we were leaving earlier than the offered breakfast. All-in-all, we were made to feel totally unwelcome.

La habitación en general está bien, pero el baño está un poco viejo y mal tenido, faltaba un poco más de aseo ya que habían pelos, la puerta de la habitación tiene una llave muy difícil de abrir, tardamos 20 minutos intentando.
Tiene estación de tranvía a 2 minutos caminando, y a 15 min de la estación Santa Maria Novella.
