The staff is friendly, the location is between the train station and the airport, you can cook simple meals in the kitchen on the first floor, and it is cold in winter due to the radiator heating.

Fine. Clean, comfortable, close to the center. Nice bathroom, beds, pillows, linens. But. The kitchen can only be used from 8 o'clock. For example, we had an early check-out, we had to ask permission to put a kettle on and drink coffee, the room was cold, we were not allowed to leave bags for 3 hours

I would only recommend this guesthouse if you are on a budget which is the only reason why I put 3*. We had 3 issues during our stay : It was super cold (winter time) in the room and the shared bathroom and heaters struggle to cope with the cold with such high ceiling. We had to ask reception to set different heating hours. We also had a painful issue with an alarm (high pitch beep every minute) during the night which happened to be the smoke detector battery being out. I had to help myself reception to find the cause as they were not able to fix it and I found it. I think the beep would have continue for a second night if I would not have found myself the cause. Wifi was out of order for a day but they managed to fix it relatively quickly. On the positive side, bathroom (even if shared) and the room was clean. If you want a more comfortable and romantic experience, you should book a hotel.

駅からT2トラムで10分、そこから徒歩5分。住宅地の一角で、スーパーも近く便利。建物は古いと思いますが手入れが行き届いていて、素敵なインテリア、さらに共有のキッチンとテラスがあります。エレベーターはありません。
ご主人は英語がきちんと話せる大変感じの良い方。ゆっくり、快適に過ごせました。

Kitchen is bad equipped and room is kinda basic but cute. Overall is a nice place for one night and can be convenient especially if you need to be close to the airport 👌

Excelente
Excelente ubicación, con restaurante y tranvía muy cerca. Mario nos ha recibido muy bien, había café y una terraza donde sentarse con tranquilidad, todo muy limpio, los baños aunque son compartidos estaban impecables. Nos tocó una habitación con vista a la calle, y aún así no se escuchó mucho el ruido. Recomendado si lo que necesitas es pasar una noche en Florencia.
