The room is in a very convenient location, but it is still a long way from the train station if you are dragging a large luggage. The theme hotel is unique and adds fun to the trip to Florence. Perfect location for our second time in Florence. Loved this authentic, gritty neighbourhood. Since we were driving the ease of the attached subterranean garage was a blessing. So user friendly which ensured a totally seamless check in.
The “Hell” themed garden room was epic! Creative interior design and a large space for all our suitcases. We loved listening to the birdsong in the mornings.
We dined in the restaurant one night which was amazing!! I had a celeriac dish that was so delicious I wish the portion had been three times the volume! We’d been driving around Italy for five weeks by this point so for vegetables to feature on a menu in this way was much appreciated.

Environment: The decoration of the room and public areas is very interesting. I made the right choice. I'm interested in the 25 Hours series.
Service: Not bad. Maybe there were too many people in the room. Towels were not changed once. Overall OK.
