C-Hotels Joy

The hotel is just opposite the train station, and it is very convenient to walk anywhere. The staff is friendly and lovely. The room is also beyond expectations, clean and tidy, as shown in the photos. It is also the most satisfactory hotel in this European trip. Disposable items are provided (except toothbrushes and toothpaste), and there is also a kettle. The breakfast is also very rich. I will choose this place next time.

Facilities: The facilities are OK, at least in Florence, after all, most of them are old and small, or in a nice way, the buildings are ancient. Hygiene: The hygiene is OK, and the place is not dirty. Environment: The environment is OK, and the room is not small. And because it is in the city center, it is relatively close to some Chinese restaurants. Service: The service is good, and there is no problem. In short, this hotel is good value for money. If you don't have a suitable one, you can try to stay for one night.

Stayed here for the second night, recommended! If I wanted to stay more than a few days in Florence, I would still stay at this hotel.

We checked out at around 11 o'clock in the morning. We stored two suitcases and a paper bag. In the paper bag were a pair of shoes, two down jackets and a hat. We were in a hurry to catch a flight, so we never thought that anything would happen if we stored our luggage at the hotel. We took it and went to the airport. When we got off the plane, we felt cold and found that a white Moncler down jacket was missing. We called the hotel and asked Ctrip to contact them to check the luggage room surveillance. They first said that there was no record of yesterday. We questioned whether the hotel surveillance was only kept for one day? Then they changed their words and said that the hotel could not check the surveillance. If something happened, they could not check the surveillance. What was the surveillance for? I don't understand.
