Vengo subito al punto: il Dimora Palace Boutique & Spa è un bellissimo piccolo hotel a cinque stelle dove si sta davvero bene. Non ho trovato alcun aspetto negativo da segnalare: tutto è stato perfetto. Dalle camere, al bagno. al personale, alla prima colazione, ma anche per l'aperitivo. Non ho purtroppo usufruito della sezione spa per mancanza di tempo. in più, è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella o letteralmente a qualche minuto di taxi dalla stessa. In definitiva: Posizione / Ubicazione: 9,5 - Servizi / Prima colazione 10 - Cortesia del personale: 10 Camera: 10 - Prezzo: 10 Ci ritornerò? Se a Firenze per un fine settimana, senz'altro.

Gia was exceptional. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and went above and beyond for us. This boutique hotel is a must stay. The thoughtful architecture, atmosphere, and small details all stand out. The bedding was luxurious and comfortable and the shower and products were outstanding. We can’t wait to visit again soon. 5 stars.

Nous avons passé le réveillon du 1er de l’an et avons dîné le 31/12 : nous avons vraiment été gâtés par le chef : dîner excellent et raffiné , serveurs très gentils !!!! Le rêve ! Nous avons pu garder la chambre aujourd’hui, jour de notre vol tardif , grâce à la gentillesse des personnes à l’accueil . Vraiment bravo à toute l’équipe et à la Direction de cet hôtel , très raffiné dans la décoration également.
