The wooden door of this hotel is closed, and you can't see what's inside at all. It is 100% impossible for guests to walk directly into the lobby and check in like a normal hotel. There is a piece of paper on the wall next to the door. There is a phone number on the paper. You need to call this number to notify the hotel that you have arrived. After the person on the phone checks the message, they will send someone to open the door for you. You have to wait for about an hour for the doorkeeper to arrive. If the phone says that they have not received your check-in message, you have to wait or call Ctrip. Ctrip will ask you to wait for another hour because Ctrip wants their local agent to contact the hotel to inquire about the situation... There are ragged homeless people sitting on the doorstep of the hotel, and you have to drag your children and boxes with you to wait in the 38-degree evening! ! I, TaMa, have stayed in countless hotels at home and abroad, and I have never encountered anyone with such an operation mode! It’s crazy! For the safety of my life and that of my children, I definitely can’t wait any longer! Since the hotel said they didn't receive my booking message, I asked for a refund, but they refused to do so. So, don’t just try to be close to the train station, the price is relatively cheap, just think about hanging out for one night and make do. You will definitely encounter the same thing as me! Abbiamo soggiornato grazie al cielo soltanto una notte. Ci tengo a dire che non sono solito a fare recensioni, ma in questo caso ho sentito il bisogno di farla. Stanza indescrivibilmente sporca e vecchia, il soffitto era visibilmente crepato nonchè abbastanza preoccupante data la posizione dei letti. Copripiumone e coperta rispettivamente sporche di "bianco" e bucate. Il bagno con una ventola mai pulita e il termosifone praticamente arruginito, senza parlare dell'odore di fogna per tutto il tempo (mai risolto, dato che in altre recensioni si menziona di aver sistemato il problema). Estremamente rumorosa dato che i vetri della finestra erano spessi quanto un foglio di carta, si sentivano le urla della gente che sostava sotto l'edificio. Un disastro!! Premetto che non avevamo prenotato in questa residenza, ma bensì in un hotel vicino. Arrivati però a destinazione ci hanno detto di non avere la stanza, senza nemmeno avvisarci nei giorni precedenti, e di averci prenotato LORO una stanza in questa residenza. Ps: Vedendo nelle altre recensioni, il proprietario non è avvezzo a ricevere critiche, ma il punto è che quando si hanno le prove di quello che si sta scrivendo c'è poco da ribattere. Detto questo, non risponderò a qualsiasi provocazione o parola sgarbata, il mio intento è soltanto quello di avvisare futuri visitatori di quello che gli aspetta una volta varcata la soglia. Non prenotato se siete ancora in tempo!!!

Disponibilità. Serietà. Cortesia. Gentilezza. Camera con bagno privato con bidet e doccia. Ambiente pulito e ordinato. Proprietario molto educato e soprattutto serio. Disponibile anche a custodire i bagagli oltre l'orario di check-out, dandoci la possibiltà di sfruttare la mezza giornata rimasta con grande comodità. Ovviamente lo consiglio.

I booked this hotel of ***********, but the owner must’ve turned the reviews off, so I’m writing a review here lol. I wish I read the reviews on booking before we stayed here. He was the worst host I’ve ever experienced. Not sure why he works in the hospitality industry when he is not hospitable at all. bathroom smelled like bleach, room was still hot with the windows closed and ac running. despite the room and the 100$ we paid, his attitude made us regret the whole stay.

Posto a dir poco raccapricciante,sporco,vecchio,tenuto in pessimo stato, un odore sgradevole di fogna in tutta la struttura,ancora di più in camera,dove il proprietario ci ha detto di tenere un asciugamano sopra lo scarico della doccia per non sentire la puzza. All'interno della camera buio pesto,le persiane non si aprivano,serramenti rotti C'era a disposizione un phon che però non si poteva utilizzare. Mai stata in un posto così pessimo. Il proprietario maleducato e scortese.

Fue la pero experiencia de mi vida en un hostel. El anfitrión es super grosero y agresivo. No sabe tratar con el cliente. Todo le resulta molesto empezando por su trabajo. Las habitaciones son muy precarias y no tienen nada que ver con las fotos. Tuve que pagar en efectivo siendo que no estaba especificado en la reserva. Lo único relativamente destacable a favor, es la ubicación. Lo desaconsejo totalmente!

When you book from your home country into a vacation country you have some reservations, little did I know that the choice I made to reside in Florence, Italy, would be the worst experience of them all. The joy of my experience at Millennium residence started by this “slender man”, asking if I had Covid, not the usual remarks of: did you have trouble getting here“ or “how was your trip”, here being the hotel (which I say loosely as the later will clarify my reasonings.) Other possible responses would be; how was your travel; how are you liking Italy, basically anything anyone with common sense who possesses a remote amount of customer service would ask. After giving the Slender man our passports and showing our proof of vaccination, he proceeds to advice us that he needs to download something to read the vaccination QR codes and would followup later, which he never does, sheer incompetence. My guest and myself were then taken to room (#3). I booked this reservation about 2 weeks in advance, stating 2 people. 1) The room was not set for 2 people; as a result the Slender man asked if a second set of bed sheets was needed for the 2nd unmade bed in the room, which we obliged and said yes. We immediately responded by saying we can make the bed 2) he decided to do it himself. 3) This person decides to say “he has had Asians complain in the past that it was too cold, that Asians tend to sleep above the sheet, but here in Italy, Italians sleep between the sheets”, racist. We were advised before the man left that the AC unit would turn on shortly after we arrived back to the room. Following some unpacking my guest and myself went out on the town and returned at roughly 9:45pm, Italian nights are hot, simply put. The room we returned to was hot, we waited 10 mins or so and the ac unit would not turn on. Shortly after the man came knocking on our door and rudely advises there is an error message he received on his phone regarding the ac unit from our room, that the AC unit is blocked and cannot be fixed, That the AC unit would be blowing out HOT AIR all night and cannot be fixed until the technician comes the following morning. As guests to the loosely said hotel, we took his word. So we made arrangements to stay at another hotel last min following your rude visit, to resolve the heating issue. My role in seeking a solution to getting a new hotel is in no way accepting blame you so clearly expressed by yelling at us while the door was open for all the other guests to hear, saying we somehow tampered with a ac unit 13 feet in the air, Ever though you specifically stated an error, We told you the unit would not turn on when we arrived… roughly around 9:50pm, a Time you specifically stated… like a stalker creep. Fast forward to when me and my guest to our surprise return to the room to get our clothes to go to the other hotel that has AC, the AC unit at your room 3!! appeared to be working fine. El peor alojamiento de mi vida. Corroboro todas y cada una de las reseñas que lo argumentan. El anfitrión es GROSERO Y CON MALOS TRATOS (tal cual) Es un pésimo profesional. No soporta a los turistas y habla a los gritos. Es totalmente cierto que entra a las habitaciones cuando los clientes están fuera. Tampoco yo entiendo como este establecimiento se mantiene abierto. Mala ventilación y aclimatación. Limpieza cuestionable. Colchones super viejos. Sobre todo el trato despectivo por parte del tal Mario Granieri. No sólo para no volver nunca más si no para intentar evitar que esto siga sucendiendo a los demás. ¡Descarten esta opción de alojiamiento!
