The hotel is in a good location, right next to the old bridge; there are security staff at the door, so it's safe; the hotel is stylishly decorated inside and outside, and the rooms are nice. We booked what seems to be a gallery room. Although the layout is a little small, the facilities are complete and the hygiene is not bad. The room type and layout are classic and retro. The hotel gave us a room with a terrace, which is very nice and well-lit. The black tea for breakfast is very delicious! The restaurant is not big but very beautiful! Except for the slightly less choices for breakfast, it's generally good.

Nice boutique hotel, room is outdated but can see the old charm, breakfast is really good and the ambiance is really nice :) overall is a good hotel writhing value !

Our family stayed at the Gallery Hotel Art in January 2024 for 3 nights. The hotel was located in a fabulous location. The room was lovely - clean, comfortable, quiet and well-appointed, the buffet breakfast was wonderful and the service was excellent! All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help out. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back to Florence to visit and say hello to Michele and Federica at the front desk. Thank you for making Florence so special for us!

Beautiful, modern hotel in a perfect location. Very comfy bed and quiet room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel has many lovely touches that really make it feel special. Would definitely stay again!

The Concierge at check-in was brilliant, trying to get us all sorted whilst also managing some very demanding American guests! He also gave some great suggestions as to different places for us to try over the bridge which were slightly off the beaten track (as we have been to Florence before).
Lucky enough to receive an upgrade on the room as well which was fantastic and whilst there are some refurbishment works going on on the upper levels, we weren't impacted by them at all.
Normally stay at the Continentale across the road but that was fully booked and more than happy with the Art Hotel opposite as an Alternative. Also had lunch at the Caffe Dell'Oro and the food there was beautiful with great service.
No complaints at all.

The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly. The accommodations were all that we expected and more. From the breakfast to the smallest of details. We enjoyed the rooftop lounge as a great place to finish out the day. We will certainly stay here again.
