Facilities: The room is not big, but very comfortable. The hotel building has nothing to do with Brooks. The interior design is very comfortable. The hotel has two restaurants, Michelin 2 stars! I ordered a dish that was really good.
Hygiene: clean
Environment: convenient. In the old center of Florence, 5 minutes between the Dome and the Town Hall. 15 minutes walk to the train station. Also relatively quiet.

Location was good. Amenities were not very good and not very bad. And some of the facilities were not functioned well.
The problem was that the staffs at the front were a bit rude. I’m not sure their attitude has something to do with my race. But I felt like they just don’t like us because we are asian. it was not professional. If I come back to Florence some day, I don’t think I choose this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel, the hotel staff and accommodations were exceptional. Would highly recommend staying. Great downtown location, walking distance to everything you need to see. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay fantastical

What a wonderful stay!! Opted to choose the Brunellechi off of reviews and it did not disappoint. Top notch service from the entire staff- front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping. Everything you’d need and more for a comfortable stay- situated almost within 15-20 minutes walk of every landmark and central train station for fun day trips outside of Firenze. As a celiac I was completely blown away by not only the breakfast options but the clear safety protocols. Our room was tidy and cleaned daily and we will without a doubt return on our next trip back to Firenze. Grazie Mille for an absolutely wonderful belated honeymoon experience.

Outstanding historical and charming hotel but with first world amenties. Excellent restaurants and Tower Bar. Ideally located in the heart of Firenze. However the best thing was the magnificent service and attention to detail from the staff. Call out to Simone and Umberto for their assistance and care.

El hotel está muy bonito y tiene un pequeño museo. Súper buen ubicado y las habitaciones bonitas, limpias, cama súper rica y el baño grande y bonito. El desayuno incluido esta amplio lo único malo es que la atención de l@s meseros era mala, parecía que siempre estaban enojados, salvo una mesera que es de Perú que fue amable.
