No heating at night on the first day of stay, 1 thin blanket, which made my nose runny.
Florence stay at night only 1-3 degrees right.
Inquired after breakfast on the 2nd day of stay, learned that the central heating from daytime to 10 pm really did not understand, the hotel heating operation philosophy.
Room is average old, mattress 2.5/10 points.
A bit far from the train station, need to walk more than 15 minutes, more luggage to consider, ground road status do not drag luggage, because the pedestrian road design, mainly pit patterns

Wonderful hotel in an old building. Walking distance to the center of Florence is about 10 minutes. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Kettle, tea bags, glasses, mugs, refrigerator in the room. Reception helped by phone to contact the hotel in another city to which we were moving. Left our luggage in storage for several hours after check-out until the transfer arrived for us!
Attached are photos of the room for rest, meeting and with a Christmas tree….

The room is clean and adequate. The air conditioning fortunately works well. The breakfast is adequate but short on variety.
It is what you book. I was not disappointed nor pleasantly surprised.
It is about a 15-minute walk from the Duomo and about three minutes from a bus stop. The area is quiet.
