Whenever I visited Florence, I stayed at this hotel. Oh my goodness, I heard a sound like a hammer hitting rebar for over an hour in my room, so I requested a room change. They said they were fully booked and there were no rooms available. When I told them to come to my room and listen to the sound, they came up to me after about 5 minutes and said they heard a sound from the bar. I told them that it was not a bar sound, and they said it was people walking or pulling luggage. It was ridiculous. I told them that it was definitely not that sound, so they changed me to the last room on the same floor. When I got there, the noise was even louder. I said I would go back to my original room and went down to the lobby. I told them I couldn't stay there any longer, but they said it was the last. So I said I would carry my luggage and sleep in the lobby, and I held out, thinking that the lobby was quieter. After watching the monitor for a while, they changed me to a different floor. The sound I had heard in the two rooms was gone, but I couldn't avoid the noise between rooms, the noise between floors, and the smell of cigarettes. I regretfully spent two nights there. Here's what I'll check. Suddenly, a special rate came up the day before, so I made a reservation at a low price. The first and second rooms did not have slippers, complimentary water, coffee, etc. The last room I exchanged for had them all. Do you take away all the special rate rooms? The rooms on the A floor were a little cleaner and had a sofa and were new, but other than that, there were many things I didn't understand. I've stayed at this hotel in Florence for over 20 nights, but this was my first time experiencing this. Other hotels in Florence had special rates, but there was no room service discrimination like this. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I won't recommend it.

Lots of broken things in the room, lots of noise from the street, curtains that didn't block out the light enough. The bed was also very bad.

The transportation is very convenient, just opposite the train station, and the attractions are within walking distance. However, the facilities in the room are very old and the cost performance is not high.
