The hotel was very close to the station, so it was easy to carry my suitcase and it was very convenient. It was also quite close to tourist sites, so it was very convenient as a base for sightseeing. The breakfast was very delicious, especially the cappuccino. I felt that the room could have been a little cleaner, but I was able to stay comfortably.

Me and my partner stayed 3 nights in the hotel, we had forgotten a travel adapter and the staff were so kind and gave one to us. The staff all went above and beyond especially the receptionist Valentina. Breakfast was great, just what you need to start the day. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was extremely convenient to walk from the hotel to everywhere in Florence, and right next to Santa Maria Novella station. We visited in December and were happy to have hearing in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

I made a reservation on the day.
I only stayed one night, but the room was clean, had amenities, and was a single room with breakfast included. And it was close to the station!!
I thought it was good value for the price. I was able to stay here safely as a solo traveller.
The staff were also very kind.
I did feel that the breakfast buffet did not have many vegetables, but there was a wide selection of cheese, ham, bread, coffee and other drinks, so I felt it was enough.
There were no problems.
And when I told the front desk that I had forgotten my charger, they kindly lent me one, which was very helpful.

기차역이 가까워 피사 당일치기 여행할 때 좋았다. 근처
일식집에서 라멘과 스시를 맛나게 먹었다.
동네는 조금 어수선하고 을시년스러운 느낌인데 호텔 안은 안락하고 포근했다.
도시세가 이중결제된 줄 알고 항의에 가까운 문의했는데 친절하게 결제내역 화면까지 보여주며 아무 문제
없음을 확인시켜줬다.
피렌체 근교 기차여행을 계획하고 있는 분들께 강력추천합니다.
