Within walking distance from the train station so quite convenient. Got upgraded to a junior suite room with very spacious room and two beds (with one bed being sofa bed but still good). Very bright and tidy bathroom. Downside is the cleanliness is not to my expectation (some ashes on the staircase in the room and near the coffee machine) and the air-conditioner is too cold even though we have asked the receptionist to help switch off the air conditioner. Breakfast is a bit expensive (€28 pp from what I remember) so we didn’t get a chance to try but it seems that the breakfast is served in a very beautiful area.

No qualms

It is located in the historic center. The Ponte Vecchio is just a short walk away. The hotel is just a few steps from Florence's designer stores and shops. Guests staying at Montebello Palace Hotel can easily reach Piazza della Repubblica, and its excellent location makes it a desirable Montebello Palace Hotel choice. The residence is 550 meters from Il Prato bus stop, and nearby transportation is very convenient.

Compared with Rome and Venice, Florence has much better accommodation conditions. You can stay in a four-star hotel at the same price. The rooms are spacious, the price is worth the service, welcome wine is given upon check-in, and there are many buffet breakfast options. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel with luggage. It is in a very quiet community, surrounded by many hotels. There are also local taverns and Carrefour within a short walk. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to various attractions, except for Piazzale Michelangelo to watch the sunset, which is far away and takes about 20 minutes by taxi.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, with elegant decoration, in line with Florence's artistic style. - When you walk into the lobby, you will be tempted to take pictures. It feels like a high-end home decoration. Super cost-effective.

Although the room is not particularly new, it is the style of Florence. The decoration of the hotel is very attentive and the service staff is also very nice. They patiently answered my questions about transportation.

It has a sense of history, and you can go to the river by turning left when you go out, which is convenient for walking. On the whole, it's okay, the breakfast is good, the room is relatively small, and the bathroom is not big, but this hotel is still the first choice when you come to Florence next time.

The location is in the city center, the transportation is convenient, it is 15 minutes' walk from the shopping place, the old bridge, 3 minutes' walk from the uffize museum, and the surrounding restaurants. The decoration is antique but clean and comfortable. The service attitude of the hotel staff is 5 stars!

It is a little less than 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station, but it is in a quiet place. The facilities, rooms, and services are just like a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was also rich in variety, and the omelette and cocoa ordered separately (free) were particularly delicious. Staff were very helpful.
