The room was not clean and dusty everywhere. Although the hotel profile shows elevator is available however our room did not have access to elevator. We had to lift our suitcases to the ground floor and then to outside for taxi and staff did not seem to care to help. Definitely do not recommend this hotel

Deixa a desejar
Ochuveiro nao funcionava direito e so foi consertado no quarto dia.
O wifi é sofrivel.Talvez fosse mais honesto dizer qua nao tem.
Fica um pouco distante das atrações.

Comfortable and clean.
Daniele checked us in. He was magnificent: Friendly, informative and helpful. He spoke English very well. The room was small but had all the amenities. The walls were all white. Everything was clean and well kept. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel is located right near the Arno River, short walk to Ponte Vecchio. The gym was anemic - the room was very small, the treadmill was broken as was the universal. That left only the stepping machine and a few free weights.

Over all godd. Staff exellent
The staff is exellent and very helpful, esspecially Daniel. Thromm had only one hook to put somethung on it and it was in the bathroom for a towel. Needs more hooks for clothes and more hangers for clothes in the closet. Over all good.

Nice hotel but don’t get the breakfast
The hotel itself is really lovely however breakfast was just ok, if you just wanted continental then it was fine but my husband had the cooked breakfast each morning and each morning he had to ask for it to be put into the microwave! Not really good enough for a 4 star hotel!

Lugnt beläget och gångavstånd till alla sevärdigheter. Rent och rymligt. Frukosten var kanon. Och personalen hjälpsam. Fanns cyklar att hyra på plats med. Återkommer
