I feel that the price/performance ratio is very good in Florence now. Although it is not a hotel service, it has everything. The butler is also very good. One thing to remind you is that their front desk is not 24 hours a day. If check-in is not during the regular time, it is best to contact us via WhatsApp or phone in advance.

The location of the apartment is very good, just a few minutes walk from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi. It is also a relatively safe area. Before coming here, I was a little worried about the security in Florence, but I didn't feel any problem walking in this neighborhood at night. The room is large. Gorgeous apartment style hotel. Perfect location. Clean, quiet, good communication. We loved our time in Florence and this hotel was the perfect place to relax at night and get a good night sleep and get refreshed for the next day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

7/26/2024. Everything was excellent, it couldn't be better, 👍 it was very clean, confortable , spacious spaces, everything new, and the best location near all the main tourist attractions . The host is the best, she helped us with everything. 10/10 I recommend it.
