Not a good hotel. At first all seemed fine and personally it was not my kind of style hotel but that’s just me. The receptionists were very nice, funny and sweet and they changed the breakfast to earlier because we had to leave early. The bad parts we noticed more towards at the evening and morning. Me (16), my two brothers (11,14), my mom, my dad and my grandpa had two rooms. In the rooms there were plenty of beds and a bathroom per room. I’m not sure know if we had a wiew of Firenze but I guess that was our problem upon booking. The first problem we noticed was that it smelled bad but we got over it. The second problem arose when my brother sat on his bed and the bed broke in several places because the planks were not secured properly and upon further investigation some planks were missing. The third problem was the fact that the light had no where to be plugged into. My brother is scared of the dark and will not sleep without a light. All in all there were two plugs and in one of them I had to charge our phones and the other had something I assume is for the smell. We plugged out the smell thingy and plugged in the light there (at the floor near the door). The fourth problem was the fact that there were no blankets and it was very cold to sleep. The fifth problem arose when we woke up. It was so cold I was shivering and my brother almost didn’t want to change clothes because it was absolutely freezing. The sixth problem was the fact that you could hear everything. It was not at all soundproof and we constantly heard our neighbours talking, sneezing and coughing which made it hard to sleep. The seventh problem was the parking. There was minimal space and it was hard to back the car out. And the drive to the parking was so small we were scared to scratch the car or break the side mirrors. The breakfast was nothing special and as children we didn’t have anything we really liked (could also just be a us problem) but even then it wasn’t so good. We did ask for the breakfast a bit earlier so it might be that. We payed for 3 nights but left after the first night because we didn’t like it. All in all I can not recommend this place and the only good thing is the kindness of the receptionists. I rarely give out one star reviews but the fact that all of us felt that we didn’t want to stay there a minute longer speaks for itself. The only positive was the receptionists.
