Je dois dire que depuis que j'ai commencé voyager (et ça fait un bout de temps...) je n'avais jamasi trouvé un hotel aussi immonde. Déjà le fait que la rue soit "de l'enfer", donne un incipit sur ce que tu trouveras à l'intérieur. Les photos sont trompeuses car elles te laissent imaginer que c'est acceuillant et propre ... eh bien non. Surtout, n'osezz pas ouvrir les fenetres, elles ne se refermeront pas. En tout cas,N'Y ALLEZ PAS!

When you arrive you are greeted at reception by what we assumed was an african migrant ,he took our pasports ,but refused to take one of ours id card , insisted that EU id card is not a “real document” “not something you can use at airport”. We were just standing at the desk debating when probably he just doesnt understand what he is looking at. In reality service was on level you get in India when reception manager calls “boss” with landline phone with cord cut. So yeah.. *40-50 extra euros for different hotel would not put you through time wasting comedy. *couple from portugal that came right after us had same problem (id cards)

Hotel Esperanza is truly an amazing hotel! The rooms are super comfortable and very clean. Everything has been thought through for the guests' convenience. The staff, in particular, is so attentive, always trying to assist with anything. You really feel at home here.
Also, the hotel's location is fantastic! It's very close to the city center, which makes it easy to get to all the places you want to visit. So, you're not only comfortable but also get a great opportunity to explore the city.
In short, Hotel Esperanza is the perfect choice for those looking for both affordable and quality accommodation!

All'hotel Esperanza sono tutti molto Gentili e Molto Umili nel loro fare Un'ambiente molto curato e pulito Gli addetti al ricevimento sempre molto disponibili per qualsiasi informazione e molto professionali. Mi sono trovata molto bene .....lo consiglio!!!
