It was a skip-floor room, but it was attractive because of its unique structure.

In the center of Florence, very close to the train station, within walking distance. The hotel design is very artistic, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is rich. Florence Classic is basically within walking distance, and I felt very good after staying for two days.

I experienced a very happy and welcoming stay at Hotel Milu. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind, I cannot praise them enough, their English was very good which helped my terrible Italian. I was in a double which was small but the room felt light and airy and it was comfortable for one. The windows opened but were soundproof. The aircon was effective and powerful and could be turned off at night for the noise sensitive. The bed was very comfortable and the room kept by the housekeeping very clean. I found the position of the hotel to be superb: museums and sights on the same side of the Arno, just across the Ponte Santa Trinita the cool bars and interesting little bistros and cafes. For something so central it did not feel too touristy. It felt very safe as a single traveler. Altogether a great stay.

Séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel, très bien situé dans le centre historique et dans la rue la plus chic de Florence. L’accueil et le personnel était parfait. Nous avions une chambre familiale avec notre fils et nous avons apprécié l’espace de la chambre et sa grande hauteur sous plafond. Literie très confortable, mini bar offert ce qui était appréciable vu la chaleur du we. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable sur la terrasse et copieux. Si nous revenons à Florence ce sera cet hôtel sans hésiter.

This is my 3rd stay at Milu! It’s always a smooth experience with extra touches that bring me back. Location is amazing. Staff especially Alesso, went the extra mile in professionalism and making me feel like a valued guest! 10/10 recommend.

The hotel was clean and close to everything. Alesso was very helpful in assisting me with the check in process, suggesting local eats as well overall assistance during the entire stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. There are art collections for you to buy as well!

I found this hotel looking for an "okay" location, but was blown away by just how great it was! You're right along the main street for luxury fashion and steps away from the beautiful sights of Firenze-- Ponte Vecchio, the Galleria at the Ufizi, the new market, etc. Incredible value!
