This hotel is a homestay. It is difficult to find the main door. Once you enter, it is on the top floor. There is no front desk receptionist, only the landlord himself. It is very eerie. There was a locked cabinet in my room. It was very old and weird, so I finally gave up and stopped living there. Indescribable, book with caution.

Great host noisy location.
The Room was acceptable, but the breakfast was nothing to cheer about. The location is very close to transit so there is a lot of train noise

The staff was so kind during my stay. When my train got cancelled they allowed me to keep my luggage there while I explored until my next train. The rooftop has gorgeous views of the city!

Al VI piano di un condominio c’e’ questo affittacamere con clientela internazionale. L’appartamento condominiale e’ stato suddiviso in 6 camere tutte con bagno privato. Nella camera assegnatami c’e’ il letto a baldacchino e l’arredamento e’ piacevolmente storico. Nel frigo ci sono delle bottigliette d’acqua e bibite a pagamento. Sul tavolino c’e’ il cestino con i prodotti da colazione: brioche confezionate, fette biscottate, marmellatine e nutelle, succhi di frutta. Quanto a bevande calde: ci sono i piccoli brick di latte per scaldarselo oltreche’ le bustine di the. In bagno sia al lavandino che in doccia ci sono i dispenser di sapone. C’e’ la possibilita’ di lasciare giu’ i bagagli prima che la camera sia pronta. Causa pioggia non abbiamo potuto apprezzare la terrazza. Possibili azioni di miglioramento: - proporre prodotti biologici per colazione - incentivare la raccolta differenziata predisponendo cestini per carta, vetro etc

Soggiornato 2 gg in questo B&B. Ottima accoglienza del proprietario. Stanza pulita ed ben servita con bevande in frigo e colazione per il giorno dopo. Struttura a 800 mt dalla stazione di S. Maria Novella raggiungibile a piedi oppure con il tram fermata 'Belfiore' di cui biglietti acquistabili in loco presso distributori automatici. Lo consiglio!
