It is very convenient to the center of Florence and not far from attractions such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The room has a sense of age, but staying there for one night is still very cost-effective and recommended.

Old structure that needs renovation, in an excellent location 10 minutes walk from the historic center and the Santa Maria Novella station.
Choosing an economy offer obviously I knew that they would not give me the best room and therefore my judgment takes this state of affairs into account.
Very helpful and kind staff, all things considered the best part of the stay.

Stayed for 3 nights.
1. There is shortage of staffs. You have to wait for more than 30mins when you asked for assistance or they will not respond to you unless you keep remind them again and again.
2. No daily change of towel unless you you and collect yourself.
3. The room is relatively small.
4. The location is hard to find.
5. The water flow rate is small when showering is concerned.
6. The showering cubicle is small and door is spoiled and no repair work has done.
7. There are insects flying around in the room...
8. The garden/rest area is noisy (day and night) as the room is located at level 1 and facing the garden/rest area. They claimed all rooms are fully booked and no replacement is allowed.
9. The AC & heater is not working at all.

This hotel located in the very old building so everything inside is so old fashioned. When I check in, the bed sheet hasn’t been changed but the reception said it has. I was pretty sure so I requested them to change it again for me. From this experience, the hotel was not clean at all. There was no water boiler even a cup. I don’t recommend it for future travelers.
