Single room, but the bathroom is spacious enough; the service is thoughtful; the most outstanding thing is the excellent location! If you are tired of shopping, you can stroll back to the room for ten minutes after lunch to rest for a while and continue shopping in the afternoon

The location is excellent, right next to the most famous bridge in the old town of Florence, the closest location to the bridge. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the Uffizi, and you can eat and shop around.
The room is not big, the single room I stayed in was quite comfortable, and the breakfast was relatively simple. During the peak season, the price is more expensive, and the price/performance ratio is average.

Aperitivo super sulla terrazza con vista su Firenze. Ambiente rilassante e piacevole, accogliente e informale seppur curato nel minimo dettaglio. Da 10....niente da aggiungere! It was the most wonderful hotel. The staff, from the receptionist to the cleaning staff, were unparalleled in their hospitality, which I have never felt in any other hotel. The rooms are also very romantic and I would especially recommend it for couples. I also appreciated the fact that the rooms were cleaned several times a day. I would also recommend a visit to the rooftop bar. The room rates are not cheap, so if you prefer a more economical hotel, I would recommend other alternatives. Also, while it has a great location right in front of Ponte Vecchio, you can hear noises outside until midnight, so if you prefer perfect silence, this may not be the place for you. We didn't mind it that much. Overall, I would rate this hotel as the best hotel in terms of staff, service, rooms and location.

Beautiful hotel in heart of Florence...staff was fantastic, friendly, very helpful...Would stay again. Breakfast buffet was good. Loved the roof top lounge. Our family had drinks and light snacks there one night. Perfect view of Florence.

Great hotel with an excellent location. The service was great, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was also very nice - it was a very pleasant experience. The location specifically was a huge plus, you step out of the hotel and u find yourself right in the heart of the city.
