The surrounding is clean and tidy, not far from the tram station. It's a 5-minute walk, very convenient. Breakfast was not bad. The style of the room is fresh and elegant, but it seems that it was renovated not too long ago and has a bit of a smell. There is a small refrigerator in the room and bottled water is provided.

It deserves a perfect rating. A wonderful stop on the trip.
The location is no more than 20 minutes' walk from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi.
The design/facilities/services and breakfast all deserve five points. The waiters at the front desk and in the restaurant were very patient and enthusiastic. There is a very cute kitten in the small garden attached to the restaurant.
The only thing to note is that you need to bring your own adapter plug.
